Lawnscaping Challenge #4

February 20, 2011

It’s time for another challenge over at the Lawnscaping Challenge blog, and I’m so excited to see what everyone comes up for this one! The challenge this time around is paper piecing – one of my favorite techniques and one that goes amazingly well with Lawn Fawn stamps. Here’s what I’ve created for this fun challenge:

I just love the dimention that paper piecing adds to these flower images. So lovely! I’m in love with these patterns from the new My Mind’s Eye Stella and Rose: Hattie 6 by 6 pad that I picked up from Two Peas last week.

Supplies: Cardstock- Papertrey Ink (Vintage Cream and Kraft), Patterned Paper – My Mind’s Eye (Stella and Rose – Hattie 6 by 6 pad), Ink- Ranger (Jenni Bowlin Studios Spice Tin), Stamps- Lawn Fawn (Judy’s Blooms and “Thank You” stamp), Label Punch – EK Success, Corner Rounder – WRMK, Stickles – Ranger (Diamond).

I hope you’ll play along! This one gives you the chance to grab some of your favorite colors or patterned paper and go a little stamp crazy with your favorite Lawn Fawn Stamps. Read more information about the newest challenge over on the Lawnscaping Challenges blog. Word on the street is that the prize includes a stamp set as well as another awesome treat.

Make sure to check out all of the fabulous cards by the rest of the Lawnscaping Design Team:

Also, I would like to share the new badge that we have for you to put on your blogs if you wish! It’s with your support and participation that makes this challenge blog great and will get us even better prizes to share with you over the upcoming challenges! Here’s the badge I designed:

If you add it to your blog, make sure to email Laurel (laurelkbeard (at) gmail (dot) com) that you’re displaying the badge, and she’ll add you to the Lawnscaping Library. Here, you have a chance to win random drawings for a prize just for displaying the badge! How cool is that?

Happy crafting and thanks so much for stopping by!

Love,

Brit
